The investigation of TM-polarized electromagnetic wave interaction with a system of screens in a form of a cascaded grating was performed in the paper. The problem was solved in the rigorous formulation in terms of the suggested integration path's modification in the Green function calculation. The obtained numerical results proved the resonance reflection behaviour of the considered structure.

The investigations results of the small acoustic-ionospheric disturbances caused by the ground based acoustic radiator are presented. Investigations have been carried out by the radio-scattering methods and the radiophysical complex based on the decameter radio telescope URAN-3. It is shown that the characteristics of the scattering ionospheric signal corelate with the characteristics of the acoustic generation.

A new alternative standpoint to resolve an inverse problem in a decameter extra large base radio interferometry is proposed. It is shown, that the time (longitudinal) cross-correlation function for the two spatial points in a frequency continuum contains an information, that is necessary for the radio image restoration using an aperture synthesis method.

A method for determining cut-off frequency and discretization steps in delta modulation of stochastic signals is presented in this paper. The method uses maximal steepness and approximation of a complicated spectrum by simple spectra, applying extreme values analysis and first-order polynomials. The proposed method is illustrated by computer simulations.

The general algorithms of data compressing, using extremal analysis and adaptive methods of reproduction signals after such compressing are shown in this paper. Application of the proposed methods to determine errors in time and frequency domain allow to decrease them. The compressing method is illustrated by results of computer simulation.

The specific features of those characteristics that are important at processing parameter selection are examined. The considerable influence of non-stationary signal characteristics on estimation accuracy are emphasized.

The conservative system with one degree of freedom is considered with the periodi ( and monotone laws of the change of own frequency of oscillations. The change of ai adiabatic invariant with discretisation is investigated. It is shown that the discretisa tion of a linear system by a conservative method with a slow change of own frequen cy does not influence the precision of adiabatic invariant conservation.

Different strategies of crossing mac remodelling are proposed.
