Interbranch Journal of scientific papers “Information Extraction and Processing” publishes research results and review articles that are of scientific and practical value, align with the Journal’s scope, haven't been previously published, and aren’t submitted to other journals.
Articles should be submitted by the authors.
Articles should be written in Ukrainian and English and formatted in Times New Roman. Articles must include abstracts in both Ukrainian and English. Each publication in Ukrainian is accompanied by an English abstract of at least 1,800 characters, including keywords. Each English publication is accompanied by an abstract in Ukrainian of at least 1,800 characters, including keywords.
Articles must contain the following essential elements: a general formulation of the problem and its connection to important scientific or practical tasks; an analysis of recent studies and publications that have initiated the resolution of this problem and on which the author relies, identifying previously unresolved aspects of the general problem to which this article is devoted; a formulation of the article’s objectives (statement of the problem); a presentation of the main research material with a full justification of the obtained scientific results; conclusions from this study and prospects for further research in this area. Graphs, figures, and tables should be presented with captions. Decimal fractions are written with a period, and different numbers are separated by commas. The reference list is presented in the order of citation in the article and in accordance with the ACS format. Self-citation should not exceed 18%.
It is recommended to place the Acknowledgments section before the list of references, to include information about the sources of research funding (grants, programs, planned research topics, etc., specifying the name, duration, and number/code), and to detail the use of artificial intelligence.
Reasons for rejecting an article:
The fee for the submission, review, and publication of materials is 200 UAH and is payable after receiving a positive review and a recommendation for publication from the editorial board.
Students pursuing a third-level higher education degree under a state-funded program are relieved of any fees for the processing, review, and/or publication of submitted articles authored solely by them.
